The AfPIF Program Committee is now seeking volunteers from the community to join the AfPIF-2019 Program Committee.

The program committee is responsible for selecting future AfPIF host country, developing the agenda of the annual AfPIF event. The 9th African Peering and Interconnection Forum (AfPIF) will be held from August 21st to 23rd August in Cape Town, South Africa in conjunction with iWeek.

The Programme Committee is currently seeking proposals for content including presentations and panel discussions. See here for more details: https://www.afpif.org/afpif2018/call-for-papers/

The event will focus on Internet interconnection dynamics, content issues, and other critical components of transit deficits at the domestic and regional level. The audience will include infrastructure providers, Internet service providers (ISPs), Internet exchange points (IXPs), mobile network operators (MNOs), content providers, large enterprise networks, policy-makers, and regulators.
